MRO Service Concept
Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul service concept diagram
  • Regular Inspection - Periodic inspections of crane structures, mechanical components, and electrical systems to assess overall condition, detect early signs of abnormalities, and prevent potential failures through proactive maintenance.
  • 24/7 Emergency Repair - Rapid response service aimed at on-site intervention within 24 hours in the event of crane failure. An integrated service workflow is provided, covering fault reception via a call center, dispatch of field technicians, and post-action reporting.
  • Regulatory Inspection Support - Support for periodic statutory safety inspections in accordance with applicable regulations, including OSHA requirements in the United States. Services include documentation of inspection items, inspection schedule management, and coordination with authorized inspection agencies to reduce customers’ regulatory compliance burden.
  • Spare Parts Inventory Management - Frequently replaced consumables (such as brake pads and wire ropes) as well as critical high-risk components are pre-positioned at the customer’s site or nearby warehouses, enabling rapid repair and minimizing response time in the event of equipment failure.
  • Monitoring / Predictive Maintenance - Crane condition data is collected in real time through sensors and remote monitoring systems. Abnormal patterns are analyzed, and equipment status can be monitored via a customer portal or mobile dashboard, enabling proactive maintenance.
  • Resident On-Site Engineer - A dedicated team of skilled technicians is stationed at the customer’s site to perform routine inspections and provide immediate response to minor faults, thereby minimizing equipment downtime.
